These terms govern your use of the website at getquoteme.app (the "Site"), operated by Celebrimbor LLC, doing business as QuoteMe ("we," "our," or "us"), a California limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

QuoteMe the product — the app and related services — is governed by the QuoteMe Terms of Service. Downloading or using the app is a separate agreement. Nothing on this Site changes those terms.

1. The Site

This Site describes QuoteMe and how to get the app. It is provided for information only. We do not guarantee any particular business result from using QuoteMe. Features and pricing can change; the app and quoteme.app are the source of truth for the product.

2. Communications

We may send business email about QuoteMe from getquoteme.app. You can opt out with the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing hello@getquoteme.app. Opting out of outreach does not affect transactional mail you receive if you later use the QuoteMe app.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, copy, and branding, is owned by Celebrimbor LLC. QuoteMe™ and the QuoteMe logo are trademarks of Celebrimbor LLC. You may not copy or use them without our prior written consent, except as needed to view the Site.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens our systems. We may block access if we believe these terms are being violated.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
